About The Company RWD PROSPECT is an IT company that has been on the market for over 15 years. We employ around 50 people. The basic activity of the Company is introducing IT technologies into businesses and also retail and service of computers, software, cash registers, copiers and exploitative materials.
As an IT introducer, RWD Prospect carries out all neccesary works, such as net installation and software introduction, but also fitting with computers and neighbouring devices. We also perform inductions for employees, which makes RWD Prospect an integrational link between the offer we provide and our customers. In order to satisfy our customers’ demands we:
On the cash register market our company is one of the top enterprises in the Tarnow area. Over 3000 cash registers working in the area were purchased at RWD Prospect. As a result the company has become a partner for the biggest and most important producers and importers of cash registers on the domestic market. When introducing cash registers into private businesses, we deliver and install optimal sets of devices facilitating the work of shops, wholesale retailers, restaurants, hotels and many other business activities, considering both the needs and capabilities of our customers. We also create systems based on connecting computer networks with cash registers, code readers, scales etc.
The IT market witnesses a rapid development of a new field – Internet. To meet our customers demands the company has made big investment in specialistic equipment and transferring facilities in order to ensure a broadband access to a powerful and stable internet signal. The signal is transferred to a couple of hundreds of users in the Tarnow and Dabrowa areas.
The company is a co-author of FOOD-MAX software system. It is an application designed for processing companies, mostly food processing, but not essentially. Lots of possibilities that the system provides, allows a complex registration of the basic elements of the company’s activities, starting with acquiring the raw material, through production and it’s particular phases, stockage of products all the way up to the product’s retail. Both the multiplicity and the correlation of its functions allows monitoring and analisys of current production profitability in its particular phases, observing the profitability and material use, quantity-to-quality calculations of the raw material – from it’s first appearance in the company to it’s exit as a product (retail). The program is very helpful with the HACCP system, as it allows full identification of a product and also – retracing it’s way back and identification of the raw material used for its completion.
RWD Prospect is also the co-author of a system called "FLOOD MONITORING". It is designed for water level measurements in rivers in situations of danger and passing the results over to the recessionary staff. The program is based on autonomic probes that transfer the results of measurements to the central through the cellular phone network.
The integrated software set RADIX, that we offer, is one of the best in Poland and it’s very useful for local governments of all levels (over 800 in use). It offers: Disabled people – due to the laws and regulations, there are possibilities of having the cost of creating jobs for disabled people refunded. The company also purchases used toners and cartridges and regenerates them. Regenerated toners are introduced to the market, which makes the costs of maintaining printers lower.
RWD Prospect has created a taxi-meter legilasation point – based on a decision of the President of the Main Office for Measures (November 2003). Our employees can install and legalise taxi-meters and cash registers that are to work in taxis.
All the fiscal equipment sold by the company are protected by both warranty and post-warranty service. We have permission to run a service from both the producers and the importers of the equipment. Because of the particular conditions, in which fiscal equipment works, the service is fully available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The service staff are well experienced, they have special licenses and are beeing constantly trained with servicing the equipment that’s newly introduced to the market.
The company offers proffesional cleaning services outside and inside buildings. We offer the services for offices, warehouses and other objects, also the ones that have to fit special sanitary regulations, like medical practises, drug wholesalers etc. Moreover we offer services such as: green care, lawn mowing etc. The management of RWD Prospect throughout the entire period of its market activity aims to raise the quality of products and services provided. These aims were realised in July 2001 with achieving the Management System Certificate ISO-9002.
